These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Orsole.shop (the "Site") and your purchase of our microcurrent relaxation and sleep device (the "Product") from Orsole ("Orsole," "we," "us," or "our"), a business operating in Israel. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to form a legally binding contract to place an order on the Site.

2. Product Information & Health Disclaimer

The Product is a consumer relaxation device intended to support general relaxation and wind-down routines. Please read the following carefully:

  • The Product is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, including menopause-related symptoms or insomnia.
  • The Product is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified physician regarding sleep disturbances, hormonal symptoms, or any health condition, and before starting any new device or therapy — particularly if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted electrical medical device, have epilepsy, or have any other relevant medical condition.
  • Discontinue use and consult a doctor if you experience any adverse reaction.
  • Individual results vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using the Product.

Descriptions of the Product's mechanism (e.g., microcurrent stimulation, acupressure points) reflect the manufacturer's understanding of the technology and general, publicly available information on these modalities; they are provided for informational purposes and are not a substitute for medical evidence about your individual condition.

3. Orders & Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
  • Prices are listed in [$] and are subject to change without notice, though changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
  • Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment provider at the time of order. You confirm that any payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
  • You are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country upon delivery, unless stated otherwise at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
  • Risk of loss and title to the Product pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
  • We currently ship only to the United States, We do not currently ship to any other coountries , Orders are fulfilled through our fulfillment partner, Zendrop, and shipped via USPS or UPS (primarily USPS for US orders). You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

5. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

  • We want you to be satisfied with your Orsole device. If you experience an issue with your order or the Product within 45 days of delivery, contact us at [Insert email] with your order number and a brief description of the issue (photos are appreciated for damaged or defective items, and help us resolve your request faster).
  • Once your request is reviewed, we will issue a replacement or a full refund, at our discretion — you do not need to return the item to us.


  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 5-12 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.


  • This policy applies once per order. We reserve the right to decline requests that appear abusive or fraudulent.


6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and product descriptions — is owned by or licensed to Orsole and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our systems, or other users' accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the security or proper functioning of the Site
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Site without our permission

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orsole shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or the Product. Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Orsole harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Product, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of  Tel Aviv, Israel, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence entitle you to bring a claim in your local courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
